General Directions:

Complete all work in the text,  but do not Print the “In the Lab” assignments for each Project as indicated in the book. You do not need to complete “Cases and Places” following each project.

Complete the attached In the Lab assignments and submit them to your instructor.  Please write your answers (fill in the blanks) on the attached assignment sheet.

Special Instructions:

Project 3 page IE 3.51 - Read the information about MSN Messenger and Net Meeting on pages IE3.51-3.66.  DO NOT INSTALL MSN MESSENGER ON MACHINES IN THE CLASS.  We do not have or want MSN Messenger installed on the classroom machines.  Do not do In the Lab 6 or 7. 

Final Project:

Research purchasing a new digital camera.  Complete the following:

Using Google, find a site that has extensive "Digital Camera Reviews".  Use this site to find a camera that suits your needs and that is within your price range (Note: Some Digital Camera Review sites have "buying guides").  Print the first page of the review of the camera that you would like to purchase.

Use http://www.dealtime.com to find the best price from a store with an acceptable Store Rating to search for the camera that you want to purchase.  Print the camera information from the merchant that you selected.

Submit all print outs to your instructor when you have completed the book.
